I Have a family of 5 so I knew from the beginning what exactly I’m looking for. I’d like to start with the fact that I love biking, I was doing that since I can remember myself, that’s just a great sport and fun for the whole family. I was waiting patiently until all of my 3 sons are old enough to go mountain biking with me. I always had a problem fitting more than one bike when I’m going by car. The Thule Roadway Hitch Bike Carrier solves that problem perfectly. I was checking couple of brands and read many reviews before I made my decision. Eventually I decided to get the Thule Roadway Hitch 5 Bike Carrier.

The Thule Roadway Hitch Bike Carrier is not a cheap one so it’s very important to know exactly how reliable it is. In the past 3 months I used the carrier on several occasions, (one of them 600 miles trip) and found out that most of the bikes fit very well into the carrier although you want to check the ground clearance between the lower bike tire and the road, that’s shouldn’t be a problem though. Thule is a reputable company and they give you lifetime warranty. The carrier has good locks and it was easy to assemble even for someone like me who hates assembling stuff. While driving I didn’t hear any noise from it and it holds steady.

Personally I have to admit that I’m very satisfied with the purchase I made, I had a great time on those trips with my family and the carrier never gave me trouble. After using it I read some other reviews and the majority of the buyers share my opinion and satisfaction from the product. There was one guy who complained about fitting different bikes but like I said didn’t encounter that issue.
